This place was two doors down from my AirBnb. Nice little treasure. Excellent Italian food (with maybe the exception of the lasagna which my friend had — but he wasn’t feeling well from a burrito in the Excel center earlier — never order the burritos there he became horribly ill). The bruschetta is a slight different take. But awesome. The prawn appetizer was excellent. My pasta pomodoro dish was very good with a wee bit of a kick. Decent Chianti by the glass. Went back two days later — still good.
Absolutely lovely meal. First time visiting here when visiting Excel and will be back all times in the future. Was over the moon they accommodated anyone with coeliac, with gluten-free penne. Put a lot of faith in me eating out again. All the food I was able to order was flawless, I can not complain about anything. The staff were all wonderful, lovely, and super friendly. Again, we're so accommodating gluten-free.
Very conveniently located restaurant opposite Custom House metro Excel Exhibitions and fully licensed, open till late. Enjoy a great selection of tasty Italian dishes. Our spaghetti bolognese with tagliatelle switch from flat spaghetti hit the spot and was a very generous portion. Good service from our friendly waitress. Delicious cocktails and wine. This is a big restaurant with a bar located in the centre for a convenient bar and food service. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area!
Everytime we have food from Zero Sette we are so impressed Both the freshness of the dishes and speed of when the food comes out is great! Our favorite is the salmon pasta and the cannoli for dessert 10/10
Had many great meals here, probably six. Food is always really fresh, tasty and well priced. Can be a little noisy, as the restaurant is all open plan, but a generally a good atmosphere. Dropped a star for the draught lager, thought that both the Peroni and Moretti could be better. Tasted a bit metaly. Also the staff are great, friendly and plenty of servers, but never too much.
A delicious treat. Everything was delicious and very well presented. We stayed in the Docklands on the weekend and it was the best restaurant in the area. If u going to Excel exhibition - this is the best place for lunch or dinner. Not sure why some of the space was empty. Looks like they were moving furniture or something otherwise beautifully decorated. 5 stars for the food.
This is a review on behalf of a group of people that I work with. They visited London for a business conference and wanted to pull together a quick dinner party for 20 people in under 24 hours. Laura, the manager that I had the pleasure of working with, was able to coordinate with me (in Toronto, Canada with a 5hr difference) and put this together so quickly with the wonderful chefs in the kitchen that had to contact their suppliers literally the night before so they could prep the next day. The attendees of the dinner (my boss, colleagues and their guests) had the most wonderful time and dinner was a huge success. They commented on how wonderful the food was and how amazing Laura was during their time there. They said the service was wonderful as well! Thank you so much for your help on this especially with me being on the other side of the planet trying to pull it together! Looking for a great space for a simple dinner or a last minute large dinner party? Zero Sette all the way!
This is by far one of the best Italian restaurants I have been. The staff is incredible. Ivy was so welcoming. He got my team a table and made our night so nice. The staff is one of the most friendly we have experienced. He was kind, thoughtful and genuine. Our team is back in May for another convention and we will be back! What a great place.
